Dear Bankruptcy Judges.,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of urgent concern regarding the financial status of Maduro & Curiel's Bank. As a diligent investigator, I have meticulously compiled years of evidence which conclusively demonstrate that Maduro & Curiel's Bank has been in a state of bankruptcy since 1989. This evidence includes numerous court cases from various US District Bankruptcy Courts, all of which affirm the insolvency of the bank.

Despite numerous assurances and agreements, Maduro & Curiel's Bank has failed to fulfill its obligations and has been unable to provide the funds it has committed to repay. This lack of resolution has not only caused substantial financial harm but has also raised serious doubts about the bank's ability to function as a solvent institution.

In light of these circumstances, I respectfully request that the Honorable Court take immediate action to block or retain all Maduro & Curiel's Bank accounts, both domestically and internationally. By doing so, we can prevent further financial harm to creditors and ensure that the bank's assets are appropriately managed in accordance with the principles of bankruptcy law.

I trust that Your Honor will give due consideration to this request, given the gravity of the situation and the need for swift and decisive action.
